In 2010 the Food Act was updated and changed. This means that entities involved with the handling of food will be required to self administer and adhere to the Food Control Plan. It is envisaged that organisations will be utilising the Food Control Plan as a living document by 2013.
Already several organisations have been trained in the use of the Food Control Plan and are utilising it as a vital tool in the successful management of their food operations.
Our trainers are supported by and have access to translators that can assist when working with people who have English as a second language.
